Regularly 8 years in the first 14 days of July include the summer camp, but only for the third time together we go to a magical place, which is situated in a quiet part of the mountain town Železná Ruda in the very heart of Šumava National Park.

 

This place is also attended by extra-league teams such as HC Škoda Plzeň, HC Sparta Praha, BK Mladá Boleslav.

 

The campus is adapted for multipurpose use.

 

Directly by the pension there is …

– 2x gym (5 minutes walk from the pension)
– Volleyball and football pitch
– fireplace with grill
– beautiful pond with bathing
– bouncing trampolines
– heated swimming pool

 

The training units will focus on:
– agility                                          – mobility training
– speed training                           – athletics
– gymnastics                                 – compensatory exercises
– circular workouts                      – motion coordination

 

As in the last year, we will also go on bicycles, downhills, etc. in 2020

 

In the case of fatigue it is possible to use relaxation in a combination of sauna or steam.

 

Due to the excellent altitude, almost 1000 m. is an ideal setting for any activity for children.

 

Participating players can continue to enjoy “ice hockey”: o) for lots of fun in the form of football, volleyball, football and tennis tournaments including team competitions and individual disciplines.

Year 2019

 

After the “difficult” July, when our school visited many players and then a little rest, we bring a small summary of this month.

 

Like every year, the first 14 days in July included summer gatherings. This year was the first time in a “magical” place in the very heart of Šumava in a quiet part of the mountain town Železná Ruda.

 

This focus was not only for hockey players but for all who like sports of all kinds. This area offers a wide range of sports activities, excursions,

 

The countless hours of tennis, football, volleyball, table tennis and other sports took place during the session. Trained through 12 rounds of training, legs found and drifting tens of kilometers in highways and cycling trips around. Both the team games and the competition disciplines of individuals for which more than 200 medals and diplomas were awarded, of which, of course, they could not miss a kilo of sweets 🙂

Kindling for the children was the observation of several training units of the HC Skoda Pilsen extra league “A”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We hope all the participants were happy and at the same time we would like to thank for one of the best summer camps we have attended.

 

We believe that in this “magical” place, despite the heavy use of this area WE SEED YEARS again 🙂
