PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONDITIONS

By registering through our login form, you agree to the processing of personal data. We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable Czech and European legislation and will archive them for a maximum period of 5 years from the cancellation of your registered account. Upon request, we will send you whether and what personal data we have recorded about you, and we will correct incorrectly entered or outdated personal data upon request.

In connection with the registration on this website, we process the data you fill in the registration form (in particular, the player’s first and last name, date of birth, hockey club, player position, email address, phone number and display name). We may entrust the processing of this personal data to a third party as a processor. However, your personal data will not be passed on to other third parties without your prior consent.

The processed data is protected against manipulation, loss, destruction and intervention by unauthorized persons by technical, organizational and security measures that protect your data. We undertake to fully respect the confidential nature of your personal data, which is secured against unauthorized access, protected against misuse and not provided to third parties.

PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION AND USE

We use the contact data filled in the registration form for our record purposes, for the purpose of subsequent sending of information and commercial messages, and at the same time for the purpose of protecting our rights or in the event of a legal dispute.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering by filling out the login form (hereinafter referred to as “registration”), you agree to the processing of your personal data. This consent authorizes the registered association Czech Skills Hockey Academy to archive personal data for a maximum period of 5 years from the cancellation of the registered account. By filling in the data, you also give your consent for informational emails and business communications to be sent to you.

By registering, you also agree to the taking, processing and publishing of photos of the hockey player, i.e. the child of whom you are the legal representative, his name and the events in which the child participated, which arise in connection with participation in events organized by the registered association Czech Skills Hockey Academy, especially hockey events camps and tournaments. These will be processed for the purpose of publication on the website of the registered association, on message boards, Facebook or other social network accounts of the registered association, or for use in promotional materials of the registered association. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a maximum of 5 years.

 

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

On our website, we offer links to websites that are not managed by the registered association Czech Skills Hockey Academy. If you visit any of these sites, you should familiarize yourself with their privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices and policies of other companies.

RIGHTS OF THE REGISTERED USER

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

to access personal data,
to correct inaccurate and supplement incomplete personal data,
to the deletion of personal data, if the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if it is found that they were processed illegally,
to limit the processing of personal data in special cases,
raise an objection, after which the processing of your personal data will be terminated, unless it is proven that there are serious legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, especially if the reason is the possible enforcement of legal claims,
contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.

COMPLAINT TO THE AUTHORITY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In the event that there is a violation of legal obligations related to the processing of personal data on our part, you have the right to contact the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, either at the office’s address at Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, 170 00 Prague 7, by e-mail posta@uoou.cz, or by any other means accepted by the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
